RE: Buckhorn Estates – First Construction Punch list

Mr. Howard:
I visited the above referenced project on March 18, 2005. During the visit I reviewed the original punchlist and prepared the following list of items that have not been completed.
The water quality wet pond is not retaining water. The liner needs to be improved or other means of lining the pond may be used. I was not able to verify that this has been repaired.
The back of the sidewalks and curbs need to be filled. The requirement is the fill needs to be level with the concrete for at least one foot and taper down to the existing grade.
All landscaping and irrigation requirements appear to have been installed. When I operated the irrigation system to verify that it was operational water was bubbling out of the ground
at a broken pipe. This needs to be repaired.
The grass areas need to be hydroseeded.
The asphalt in the cul-de-sac’s are too flat and have bird baths. I met a representative from Lakeside on site during the inspection and he said he was going to fix the asphalt during
the spring. This may take an assignment of savings or some other way of assuring the repair is completed to final the project. Have you received an assurance from Lakeside Industries?
The monuments need to be set in the roadway.
The limbs need to be removed from the side of Mountain View Road. They were removed from the trees during construction of the offsite improvements.
According to Tami Merriman you have submitted the final plat map. I will need to have these item completed before the plat map can be forwarded to city council. If you have any questions
