Hatton, The City of Yelm has completed the third review of the civil plans for Gel's Farm Supply, Your application included: Revised Construction Documents Drainage and Erosion Control Report Engineers Response Letter Revised Landscape Plans e have reviewed the plans for complian with the City of Yelm Development GGuideiines, the DOE Stormwater anual and general standards of civil engineering practice. The following comments need to be addressed before the plans may be approved for construction. Our comments are summarized below: ewer Review: 5. The step sewer syste has not been changed to a Simplex step sewer as preciously requested in previous reviews. Phase change the callouts to reflect a Simplex system with a 20 GP u p. They may be downloaded on the City's website. 7. 90 degree bends should be installed in the fide sewer. . Aside sewer clean-out is required within 2' of the building. treat Lights: 11. The street lights should match the street lights that were installed across the street. The poles are a concrete design and are direct bury. These also do net require hand holes and a meter cabinet.
