The landscape plan provided does not match the civil plan site layout. We can approve the landscape plan with a notation on the plan that the site plan is different however approved,
if the landscape concept shown on this plan is followed. The Right-of-Way dedication and the Waiver of Protest must be completed and returned to the City prior to Civil Plan
approval The ADA stalls as shown do not meet ADA standards. The ADA stall to the left will need to be moved to the Right, with the hatched area between the two.
