Jon: I have been requested by the Design Engineer of BCRA Engineering
to set up a meeting between the Sewer Dept., Engineering and BCRA
Engineer’s. They wish to address or discuss some comments that are the
latest review for the step sewer. We would like to try and resolve this
matter at this meeting. The BCRA Engineer’s are available to meet
Monday July 21, 2007 during the afternoon, Tuesday July 22, 2008 all
day, Thursday July 24, 2008 in the afternoon or Friday July 25, 2008 all
day. Could you please check your schedule and let me know what date and
time will work for you, then I will notify the Engineer of the date time
and place.
