Dear Mr. Harrington:
Thank you for your review of the Today's Dental civil drawings. We received your
redlines, dated December 3, 2008, and have revised the plans accordingly.
Enclosed are four revised sets of plans for your approval. The original redlines
have been included as an attachment.
Below are detailed responses outlining how each of your review comments has
been addressed in the civil plan set,
C22.011L1
Sheet note 5 on C22.01 calls fora 6' high wood fence. Sheet note 3
has been revised to call out a 5' wide sidewalk and two 5' dimensions
have been added to the plan view.
C24.01
2. The existing water meter shown on the northwest side of the building
has been removed.
3. The tee and gate valve at the water main taps in Solberg Street have
been removed.
4. Sheet note 1 has been revised to indicate that the contractor shall
provide the 1'/z" water meter setter and the City of Yelm Water
Department will provide and place the 1'/z" water meter.

5. The proposed compact parking stalls have not been revised to
meet standard stall dimensions as requested. Per the phone
conversation between AI DeSantis (BCRA) and Nisha Box (City of
Yelm Planner} on Wednesday July ~S{, 2009, the City of Yelm
determined that compact stalls shown are acceptable.

6. Sheet note 6 has been removed and general grading note 4 has
been added calling for all on-site proposed and existing manhole
covers, catch basin grates, and utility vault lids to be adjusted to
accommodate final surface grades.

7. The corner enhancement detail E has been revised to indicate that
the 3' tall stone veneer shall be "river rock" by Eldorado Stone or
similar.
