RE Blocked attachment Brown BLA (1)Tim and Staci Attached please find the City of Yelm redline comments for the Brown BLA. I have included the BLA declaration that is required when recording the BLA. You may place the text on the Face of the BLA Map or keep it separate. It will need to be signed by all who have interest in the property (Deeds and Loans). You may wish to use the separate declaration so that it can be sent to the banks and deed holders to have their signatures notarized. You will most likely need to create additional notary blocks for all of the signatures. Please return the signed and notarized declaration and updated BLA Maps to me for signature and recording.
