Attached please find the City of Yelm redline comments for the Brown BLA.
I have included the BLA declaration that is required when recording the BLA. You may place the text on the Face of the BLA Map or keep it separate. It will need to be signed by all
who have interest in the property (Deeds and Loans). You may wish to use the separate declaration so that it can be sent to the banks and deed holders to have their signatures notarized.
You will most likely need to create additional notary blocks for all of the signatures.
Please return the signed and notarized declaration and updated BLA Maps to me for signature and recording.

Please find attached the application for a boundary line adjustment, a current title report, and the boundary line adjustment drawings for the City’s review and approval for the project
that you and I spoke about last week. Please let us know if you need anything else or if you have any questions. The property owner plans to stop in at the City on Monday to pay the
application fee. Once the fee is paid, if you could send to me the application number, I would appreciate it.
