Revised Plan Sets
Landscape flan Sets
Per your comment letter, the items addressed have beer incorporated into the revised plan set for your
review and approval_ The following are the descriptions of how your comments were addressed:
Sewer Comments:
1 . The reference to "force main" Yeas been removed, and has been re-designated as a serer>ice pipe.
2. The area above the STEP tank has bees re-graded so that the depth to the top of tank is 60" which
was acceptable to Jon Yanasak per a phone conversation with Scott Severs and Doug Eklund of our
office on July 24, 2008.
3. The submittal for the tank per the detail in the construction drawings has been rxaodified to shift the
middle access riser toward the center of the tank.
4. The STEP service line is now shown as being sleeved per the added detail in the construction
drawings.
S. The existing manhole cannot be abandoned since the line coming into it is active_ The existing
manhole will be tested.
6. The hose bib Maas been shifted closer to the access risers at the pump end of tank.
Water:
1 . A sheet Maas been added ~C4.0~ that shows a RPSA assembly behind the domestic water meter as well
as the details.

2. We have verified that proper separation is indicated on the plans, and will ensure compliance during.
construction.
Landscape and Irrigation Comments:
1 . Landscape Plans are attacbed_
Additional stormwater reports are not being submitted with this submittal since no changes have been
made to the report.
