T T System Description— This system provide minimum fresh air for four spaces based on the Washington Ventilation Code. These spaces are: Room 100 (hall), Room 110 (retail), Room 150 (warehouse), and Room 200 (mezzanine). This system has an inlet and discharged damper and four discharge fans, one for each space. The DOAS system is activated when the room lights are on. The electrician can best decide how to provide this function. In the office space, any one of the rooms with a light on should turn the discharge fan on. Specific fan selection and dampers will be by the mechanical contractor. These fans must be: Low sone, Flow capacities at or near above that specified Durable and reliable— 2—year warrantee System commissioning will included verifying fan and damper operation and that air flows are at or very near those specified. Ducting was intended to be standard metal duct. Lay out can be as best fits the building, but supply and discharge need to be separated sufficient to assure air mixing with the whole room. The equipment was Intended to be mounted in the mezzanine space with ducts routed to the respective rooms. DOAS SYSTEM HVAC SYSTEM— Design Build Respect the following limits: Heading loads were determined to be 17,800 BTUs/hr Cooling Loads 22,850 BTUs Select equipment with rated performance near these values.
