PURPOSE OF THE ARCHITECTURAL PROCESS AND PROPERTY IMPROVEMENT REQUEST Use this form to notify the Architectural Review Committee (ACC) of Cherry Meadows HOA of proposed changes to your property including exterior home painting, fence staining or installing, exterior additions, construction, reconstruction, or alterations (including landscape). Describe the materials to be used including the color, shape, height, surface and location of any improvement. Refer to Article VIII through Article IX of the Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (CC&Rs) and Architectural Guidelines for a complete description of Design Review and Approval of Improvement Projects. OWNER INFORMATION 2. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT 3. AGREEMENT SECTION Read and sign the agreement Make sure to fill in the project starting and completion dates. 4. NEIGHBOR NOTIFICATION The intent is to advise your neighbors who own property adjacent or facing or who are impacted by the improvement(s) to your lot (property) line. Neighbor approval/disapproval shall only be advisory and shall not be binding in any way on the ACC's decision. 5. EXTERIOR PAINTING The CC&Ra establish the standard for painting in Cherry Meadows See Section 6 excerpt, below. PLEASE NOTE: Include actual paint chips on each copy of the form. Note clearly where each color is to he used. 6. OTHER IMPROVEMENT (Attach additional drawings or plans if necessary) Please include the following information with your request: a) Detailed description of improvement. b) Location of residence on lot and the dimensions from lot lines, if changes to the exterior are proposed_ c) Complete dimensions of proposed improvement. d) Measurements of improvements in relation to resident and lot lines. e) Description of materials and color schemes, including paint chips. t) Drawings to show affected elevations. g) If landscaping improvements include trees, please identify species and height of any trees at maturity. h) Name and contact information of Architect, Engineer, or Contractor. Better Homes is building a cedar embossed tongue and groove style patio cover with a length of 28 feet and a projection of 13 feet to cover the existing cement patio on the back of home coming off the house. The cover will have 3 support columns and one full length support beam. The exterior of the cover will be finished in white to match house trim. Our ultimate goal is to blend in with existing architecture and enhance the value and beauty of the home. We use the finest finishes and craftsmanship to assure for a quality installation. Attached are photos of similar patio covers and a site plan for reference. We are also adding on a 12ft by 12ft cement patio broom finish to match the original 12ft projection 16ft broom finish patio. Total cement patio size will be 12ft projection length of 28ft.
