B. Adelaida Pingol has established that the request for ministerial review approval can satisfy all criteria set forth in Chapter 18.65 YMC, meet all requirements of the R-6 zoning classification, and meet all other requirements of the Yelm Municipal Code and therefore should be approved. C. A home occupation approval is effective upon approval. The home occupation permit maybe be revoked upon determination that there has been a violation of any conditions of approval or standards of the Unified Development code.
