Section 18.12.080 YMC allows the Site Plan Review Committee to approve a home occupation when it complies with all applicable development, construction, and design standards of the Unified Development Code. B. Aaron Armga has established that the request for ministerial review approval can satisfy all criteria set forth in Chapter 18.65 YMC, meet all requirements of the CBD zoning classification, and meet all other requirements of the Yelm Municipal Code and therefore should be approved. C. A home occupation approval is effective upon approval. The home occupation permit maybe be revoked upon determination that there has been a violation of any conditions of approval or standards of the Unified Development code.
