The City of Yelm has completed the final review of the proposed Tahoma Terra PhII Div II, Phase 2
Subdivision located on Parcel 21713430200 and 21713430300. Your application(s) included:

We have reviewed the plans for compliance with the City of Yelm Development Guidelines, the DOE
Stormwater Manual and general standards of civil engineering practice.
This letter is your record of approval of the documents referenced above; however, I cannot issue the
documents as “Approved for Construction” until condition 2 of the Hearing Examiner’s Report & Decision
dated August 4, 2016 has been met. Upon notification of a resolution to this matter, I will forward the
“Approved for Construction” Civil and Landscape plans. I have also included the final engineering review
invoice for these Civil Plan Review permits.
The following items need to be addressed before or during the construction process.
1. You must schedule a required preconstruction meeting with the City and its inspectors before
your construction begins.
2. Prior to preconstruction meeting, provide the City with an updated Construction SWPPP with the
CESCL and on-site contact information.

3. Temporary Erosion Control Measures may not be limited to what is shown on the plans. If
adverse weather is incurred during construction additional erosion measure may be required.
4. A request from the engineer of record must be presented for any changes requested to the plans.
5. The engineering review invoice must be paid in full before the preconstruction meeting.
