Response to 1st Review Comments
OE No. 19017
Dear Mr. McCoy:
This letter is in response to your review comment letter dated January 19, 2021. We have
addressed the review comments in the order received as follows:
Storm Report
1. Noted. Any future drainage report revisions will mention the 2019 SWMMWW. The “Civil
Specifications” on Sheet C0.1 have been revised to state “2019”.
2. The CESCL contact information will be provided on the SWPPP prior to final construction
approval.
Note: There is approximately a 900 sf reduction in impervious surface area from revising the
cul-de-sac to a hammerhead turnaround (see #6 below). The drainage report and associated
calculations have not been updated as this is considered minor and the stormwater facility will
have additional capacity as a result.
Planning
3. The proposed building height is 23-feet – see enclosed building elevations.
4. The landscape plans are forthcoming.
5. The driveway widths have been reduced to a 24’ width.
Building / Fire & Life Safety
6. The cul-de-sac has been replaced with a hammerhead turnaround.
Sanitary Sewer & Water Plan
7. The construction Note #3 symbol on Sheet C3.1 pointing to the fire hydrant has been
removed.
8. The staging area and concrete washout area have been removed from Sheet C3.1.
Frontage Improvements
9. Type II barricades have been added (Construction Note #8) at the ends of the Mill Rd.
sidewalks and accessible ramps have been added (Construction Note #9) to Sheet C1.2.
Landscape
10. The 6’ perimeter fence will be called out on the Landscape Plans.
11. The street trees have been adjusted to be at least 5’ from below-grade utilities.
