Mr. Shaut came in Monday, June 4, 2007 and indicated that Thurston County would not let him expand his septic to include the mobile Latte stand. Therefore, he is going to do away with
it, and wishes to incorporate the Latte stand into his existing meat market, using a drive through. He edited the original site plan submitted with his application to indicate this
