Project: Tenent improvement converting approx 2900 sq
ft office space to a 100 seat restaurant with new full
commercial kitchen with 8000 cfm hood. Make-up air
added as required. Also add new private tenant wc.
Move and open several existing non-bearing walls.
Adjustment to sprinklers and life safety to code.
Existing grease trap at 2000 gallon (I think) will require
more frequent pumping as will step tank.
