Karen-
I had Randy take a look at these plans and he pointed out that the
Water, Sewer, and Reclaimed Water lines and associated appurtenances
appear to be located in the area slated to be filled. If this is the
indeed the case, it is quite possible that those utilities and
appurtenances will need to be raised by the permittee.
