My proposal is to build a storage warehouse where I can store vehicles to dismantle and sell parts overseas. The warehouse will be located on lot 1, lot number:64300800301. The structure will be situation on the southeast corner of lot 1. The structure will be 60x100 about 6,000 square feet. Inside the warehouse there will be an office space, restroom and equipment to dismantle vehicles. We propose to have two access points, from Rhoton rd to lot 1 and 2. Lot 2 will be utilize as a main vehicle storage area. While lot 3 and lot 4 we have no plans for it at the moment. Please attached of my conceptual drawing of the plan.
