Summary
The owner is wanting to legally separate the grocery store from the fuel center. No new
modifications are being proposed.
List of questions:
a) As I am working on the owner’s behalf will I need a letter of authorization from the
owner? If so, do you have a specific letter I need to use, or can we use our own?
b) Are there any upgrades that will be required for this separation?
