Land use review, this takes 8-12 weeks and can be appealed to the City’s hearing examiner
Civil Plan review, this takes 3-4 weeks
Building life and safety, this takes 2-3 weeks
Single-family residences are an allowed use in the R-6 zone, however the parcel in question has 1.14 acres which would require at least 3 single-family residences to be developed
Any construction of a building containing 2 to 9 dwelling units would require a ministerial site plan review at the minimum
