FW Cochran Park Site PlanG my proposed response would it be helpful to include something like “While the review may be somewhat perfunctory, it is still required.” I don’t see any exception to the rule, unless
you know of one.
Derek and Cody
The original approval issued March 1, 1999 planned for this restroom. The approval was valid for 18 months. The park was constructed, and all review documents and approvals are expired.
Section 18.13.020 YMC requires an Administrative Site Plan Review approval for any new commercial industrial, institutional or public building. The construction of the restroom building
requires a site plan review approval.

Subject: Cochran Park Site Plan
Sorry again for the confusion, here is Site Plan from the Ph 1 Construction at Cochrane Park. The main focus of the project is to refurbish and repurpose the existing ponds and to build
the restroom facility that was originally shown on the 1999 Record Drawings (site plan also attached). I spoke with Cody and he plans to give an update and clarify this and other PW
projects at this week’s Huddle.
