Grant,
We have been incorporating PW Projects at the earliest point possible into our Huddle Meeting and attempt to do a “pre-submission” to determine what permits / reviews that will be required.
I know that Cochran Park , including the building plans for the restrooms did come before the Huddle several weeks back but unfortunately I didn’t take very good notes but what I seem
to recall was that the improvements that are happening at Cochran are centered around the repurposing of the ponds and the building of more RIBs and the restrooms were part of the original
site plan for the park but never constructed. There is a STEP tank and water that had been stubbed out there that supported this assumption. I believe that we landed on that this project
would not require further SPR, just a building review of the restrooms.
The WRF on the other hand was going to require a full SPR and included the construction of a new building very similar to the Public Works facility.
AS I understand it because the project has received State Funds (DOE Grant) the restroom plans have been reviewed and approved by WA State and were sent to us for review and concurrence.
I have a full hard copy of these plans on my desk currently.

Have any of you been looped in on the plans for improvements at Cochrane Park and the construction of a restroom facility? Skillings has been sending partial plans to IT and I am concerned
that we are not looking at these types of projects comprehensively from the start. I see danger ahead.
