Dear Mr. Hanington:
We have received comments from the City of Yelm and our response is as follows:
Drawing C4.0 (Clockwise from Upper Right):
Item 6 in the Composite Utility Plan Notes has been revised to reference
Yelm Detail 7-7 onDrawing C4.3. An additional note (#11) regarding the
4" End of Line Cleanout has been added to the drawing.
The note regarding the 4"x2" reducing tee has been revised.
The Cleanout callout has been revised to indicate "End of Line."
A note requiring the Sewer Line to be encased in a sleeve at the water line
crossing has been added to the plans.
The RIM Elevation of the STEP Tank has been added to the plans.
The water data and sizing calculations are attached to this letter.
The STEP Tank is to be installed in the area of lawn between the new
building addition and the parking arca,adjacent to the existing sidewalk.
The only traffic in this area will be lawn maintenance and pedestrian
traffic.
The note regarding installation of the pump control panel has been
updated.
