The property is identified by the Unified Development Code, Title 18 YMC, as being within the Low Density Residential (R-4) zoning district. 3. The ministerial site plan review process is to ensure that projects are consistent with applicable development, construction and design standards of the Unified Development Code \[Title 18, YMC\]. B. Amanda Hurd has established that the request for ministerial review approval can satisfy all criteria set forth in Chapter 18.65 YMC, meet all requirements of the R-4 zoning 1 | Page classification, and meet all other requirements of the Yelm Municipal Code and therefore should be approved. C.A home occupation approval is effective upon approval. The home occupation permit maybe be revoked upon determination that there has been a violation of any conditions of approval or standards of the Unified Development code.
