B.BeckyHiggenbottomhas established that the request for ministerial review approval can satisfy all criteria set forth in Chapter 18.65 YMC, meet all requirements of the R-4zoning classification, and meet all other requirements of the Yelm Municipal Code and therefore should be approved. C.A home occupation approval is effective upon approval. The home occupation permit may be revoked upon determination that there has been a violation ofany conditions of approval or standards of the Unified Development code. D. Noise levels of any sound source, when measured in the manner and locations prescribed in Chapter 173-60 WAC shall not exceed the values shown in Chapter 173-60 WAC.
