The property is identified by the Unified Development Code, Title 18 YMC, as being within the Moderate Density Residential (R-6) zoning district. 3. (18.12.010 YMC) Thepurpose of theministerial site plan review process is to ensure that projects are consistent with applicable development, construction and design standards of the Unified Development Code \[Title 18, YMC\]. Public notification is not required for ministerial permits. B.Per section 18.12.080 YMC, the Site Plan Review Committee may authorize a home occupation provided it meets all applicable development, building, and design standards of the Unified Development Code.
