INSTALL NEW NFPA 13R FIRE SPRINKLER SYSTEM THROUGHOUT NEW RESIDENCE PER NFPA 13R (2019)
GENERAL NOTES:
1. IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE OWNER TO MAINTAIN THE INTEGRITY OF THE SPRINKLER SYSTEM.
2. ALL MATERIAL AND EQUIPMENT TO BE NEW AND UL AND/OR FM APPROVED.
3. ALL SYSTEM PIPING SHALL BE TESTED AT STATIC PRESSURE PER NFPA 13D.
4. PIPE HANGER AND METHOD OF HANGING TO BE IN ACCORDANCE WITH NFPA #13D (2019).
5. OWNER TO PROVIDE ADEQUATE HEAT TO PREVENT WATER IN PIPES FROM FREEZING IN AREAS
