3. Letter from the obligee that the work was inspected/accepted.
On October 8, 2023, the work was inspected and approved. If you still require a letter, please provide
me a template, and I will have it signed.
4. Copy of the maintenance agreement.
It's possible that there was a misunderstanding because a warranty, not maintenance, bond is required
for all frontage improvements, including street pavement, curbs and gutters, planter strips, sidewalks,
and the storwater catch basins and pipes on Rice St. Please see the attachment for the warranty
agreement and bond amount.
