variance requestTo City of Yelm site plan and building department In Attn: Hearing Examiner and other parties involved We are submitting this variance request for developing the lot on 407 E Yelm Ave because due to it’s size and narrow shape is making it impossible to develop the property in a way that makes operating properly the proposed business. Following the setbacks voted and approved by the city council we will not be able to develop this land and granting such a variance will allow us to enjoy the use of the property like other commercial lots on both sides of the lot. The difficulty of developing the property comes from it’s narrow size and it is not created by the previous owner due to subdividing or other owner made factors. We believe that granting the variance will not be detrimental in away way to the public welfare or injurious the right of other to the property.
