Dear Mr. Mann:
A project walk-thru was conducted prior to September 8, 2022 inspecting the improvements associated with Application(s) # 2019.0484.PR0010 & 2020.0106.CI0005 for completeness and conformity
to approved plans and City of Yelm Development Codes and Guidelines. Please see the below punchlist items that were noted during the project walk-thru.

Once these last few items are addressed, and all proposed landscaping is has been completed, the City of Yelm Public Services Department – Engineering Division can deem the project substantially
complete and issue an Engineering Acceptance Letter.
This will initiate the Closing Documents Phase. Attached is a Project Closeout Checklist that identifies the required documents for final closeout of this project.
