Tahoma Ranch is a new multi-use commercial and multi-family community being
proposed in the city of Yelm, Washington on approx.. 15.45 acres of commercially zoned land.
By means of a master planned site plan, the project will allocate six (6) lots along the
frontage of Tahoma Blvd SE for commercial use only on approx.. 25% of the total land area.
The remaining land area is planned for 192 apartment units in eight (8) three-story buildings
and 36 units of townhomes in nine (9) three-story buildings.
Each apartment building will consist of 12 units of varying unit types in order to meet current
market demand and future growth: one-bedroom units, two-bedroom units, and three-
bedroom units. Each townhome building will consist of four (4) almost identical three-
bedroom units.
The commercial parcels will serve the residential community in ways that meet market
demand, while benefiting from a built-in customer base in very close proximity. In an effort
to encourage community belonging, the multi-family portions of the development revolve
around community-centric gathering areas that boast high accessibility in their centralized
locations.

The land for this project currently sits undeveloped. Gopher studies reveal no species found,
environmental reports show no recognized environmental concerns, and geotechnical work
has discovered suitable soils with excellent infiltration rates.
