Please see the below punchlist items that were noted during the project walk-thru. Operations - Sewer: (Insert Comments) Operations - Water: (Insert Comments) Planning & Engineering: (Insert Comments) Building Comments: (Insert Comments) Once these last few items are addressed, and all proposed landscaping is has been completed, the City of Yelm Public Services Department – Engineering Division can deem the project substantially complete and issue an Engineering Acceptance Letter. This will initiate the Closing Documents Phase. Attached is a Project Closeout Checklist that identifies the required documents for final closeout of this project.
