Dear Mr. Fyrst:
A project walk-thru was conducted prior to January 29, 2024 inspecting the improvements associated with Application(s) # 2022.0286.PR0006, 2022.0385.PR0011 & 2022.0867.CI0014 for completeness
and conformity to approved plans and City of Yelm Development Codes and Guidelines. Please see the below punchlist items that were noted during the project walk-thru.

Once these last few items are addressed, and all proposed landscaping is has been completed, the City of Yelm Public Services Department – Engineering Division can deem the project substantially
complete and issue an Engineering Acceptance Letter.
This will initiate the Closing Documents Phase. Attached is a Project Closeout Checklist that identifies the required documents for final closeout of this project.
