While the meeting can be conducted on site; it is preferred that I arrange for the conference room in our Public Services Department Facility that is equipped with cameras, speakers, and microphones that will allow for participants to attend in person or through Zoom. Let me know your preference and desired dates. Tuesdays and Thursdays mornings around 10:00 AM are usually the best time for the City but are willing to work with you to find a time that works. Payment of the final CPR invoice is required prior to the pre-construction meeting. The City of Yelm accepts cash, checks, or card type payments. *Please note, any card type payment will require a 3% service charge. Please feel free to call (360) 400-5003 between 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday to pay over the phone. You may also mail a check, made out to; City of Yelm, to the address below. Please reference the Permit # so we know which permit to apply payment to.
