Shelton, WA 98584 Janelle Phone: 360-789-0351 Luis Phone: 360-261-0385 CapitalRoofNConstruction@gmail.com License #: CAPITRC802K1 Submitted to: Jesse Marchand Date: 7/11/24 Address: 15755 104th Ave. SE Yelm, WA 98597 Phone Number: 253-307-3227 Email: jessemarchand37@gmail.com Re-Roof Project Proposal: • Remove existing roofing down to roof deck and dispose of roofing debris • Replace any plywood boards on roof deck that are rotting (3 included- additional at $70/each) • Install Gatorskin felt underlayment on roof deck • Install ice and water shield in the valleys • Install new 30- year Owens Corning Duration architectural shingles (color options; https://www.owenscorning.com/en-us/roofing/duration-series-shingles#colors) • Replace existing pipe flashing with Galvanized Steel Base pipe flashing • Install new flapper vents where needed • Install Lomanco Ridge Vent (or square vents if owner prefers) • Install 2 new skylights • Remove all existing non-permanent flashing and replace with new eave perimeter flashing • Install eave metal and rake metal to cap all plywood edges on the eaves and gables of the house. • Repair the rotting wooden chimney surround • Thorough cleaning of grounds and gutters following roof completion • City of Yelm re-roofing permit if required • 5 Year Workmanship Warranty transferrable to new owners We propose to hereby furnish material and labor- complete in accordance with above specifications for the sum of: Total Investment: $15,030 + 9.5% Tax ($1,427.85) = $16,457.85 - $500 if paid by check (instead of credit card) $14,530 + 9.5% Tax ($1,380.35) = $15,910.35 Payment to be made as follows: ½ paid beforehand and ½ paid upon completion All work to be completed in a workmanship manner according to standard roofing practices. Down payments are nonrefundable. Contractor is authorized to substitute roofing materials as long as the substitute meets or exceeds the specifications of the quoted materials. Time of performance of work will be in accordance with contractor’s availability. Contractor shall not be responsible for damage to land or driveway caused by the weight of loaded trucks. Payment in full to be made upon completion. Late payments will be assessed a $10 charge every 30 days late. Customer agrees to pay reasonable attorney fees and costs and in the event of collection for non-payment. Any account not paid in full will forfeit workmanship warranty. Note: This proposal may be withdrawn if not accepted within 10 days.
