City can send his email to our traffic engineer and ask for their opinion but the developer must pay for that.

Mr. Earsley has proposed a car detailing center with 4 wash/detailing stalls. The Land Use Code for car wash and detail center is 949. You need to submit a TIA.

Thank you for your time and consideration on this project. I hope your weekend was good as well as relaxing. Filling out the SEPA Checklist and filling in the questions about how many
trips would be generated by Matt Earsley project, I looked at the Land Use Code (LUC) in the Trip Generation Manual and the closest thing I could find is the Automile Car Center. It
would be Land Use Code 942 in the manual. According to that LUC his project would generate 10 trips during peak hours. Is it OK to use this LUC or do you have another code that you
would like me to use? Also with 10 cars at peak hour do I need to submit a TIA Report? Please give me a call if you have any questions.
