Dear Matt:
The Planning Department received the Boundary Line Adjustment application for the above
referenced project and finds that the application is incomplete as submitted.
The following application materials are missing or need updated:
1. Lot closures.
2. Complete description of the proposed development.
3. The proposed use of the land.
4. Copy of covenants or other restrictions applying to or proposed to encumber or be
imposed upon the site.
5. Title report.
6. Submit a site plan if you’re adding a building.
7. The location and widths of all existing utility and access easements.
8. Certification from the county treasurer that all taxes and assessments for which the
property may be liable have been duly paid, satisfied or discharged as of the date of
certification.
