Construction Closeout Engineering Acceptance Letter
Dear Mr. Turner:
After the last project walk-thru and it is determined that items on previous punchlist emails have been satisfactory addressed and the improvements associated with Application # 2023.0572.CI0008
have been deemed acceptable by City of Yelm Public Services Department – Engineering Division.
The final phase to the closeout process is the Closing Documents Phase. The only remaining Document is a warranty agreement for frontage improvements. As soon as we receive the agreement,
we can issue the certificate of occupancy.
