SPACED 18 TO 20 INCHES ON CENTER OR ONE-GALLON POTS
AT 20 INCHES ON CENTER. LOW GROWTH SHRUBS SHALL BE
ONE-GALLON POTS AT THREE FEET ON CENTER. SHRUBS
SHALL BE 18 TO 24 INCHES IN HEIGHT AT FIVE FEET ON
CENTER OR THREE-GALLON POT AT FIVE FEET ON CENTER.
d.EARTHEN BERMS WITH GRASS OR OTHER VEGETATIVE
