In a recent Yelm City Council meeting a letter dated August 20th from Tammy Hall, a hydrogeologist for the state Department of Ecology, specified that Yelm has water rights for a total
of 719.66 acre-feet contrasting with Yelm's claim that they possess 832 acre-feet. Is Mr.
Timothy Holderman of Sound Engineering, Inc. who has submitted an application proposing to build 164 new apartments and approximately 55,000 square feet of commercial space on Creek
Street been notified of this?
Should appeals win, I want Mr. Holderman and his project to leave Yelm the way he found it, better off.
