Your application included: Revised Civil Engineering Plans, including landscape plans Draft Quit Claim Deed We have reviewed the plans for compliance with the City of Yelm Development Guidelines, the DOE Stormwater Manual and general standards of civil engineering practice. The following comments need to be addressed before the plans may be approved for construction. Our comments are summarized below: Water Comments: Don’t see any irrigation meter or backflow assembly. Sewer Comments: Item # 3 from our last review has not been addressed – Please call-out the correct pump for this commercial installation. Should be a Orenco Model # P20 05 1.   Miscellaneous Items: Please provide a detail of the proposed fencing located along the southwest and west side of the project.  The civil plans do not have information in regards to the type of fencing that is being proposed.  Please note that a concertina wire fence is not allowed.  After adding the fence type on the landscape plans, please submit a copy of the final landscape plans for our records. Please review and revise the plans to address the above referenced comments. When the project is resubmitted you will need to submit 4 sets of plans, 2 stormwater reports.
