The Green Zelkova trees located on either side of the entrance are located within the required 8 foot landscape. Please replace those with two Kousa Dogwood trees. Please note that the Right-of-Way dedication deed and the Waiver of Protest for the deferral of frontage improvements will be required prior to Civil Plan Approval. The developer shall provide and record a “protective well covenant” meeting the standards of the Thurston County Health Department restricting any contaminant sources within the 100-foot well radius of the well located on the property to the north of this site.
