Yelm RV Boat and Mini Storage Project
The revised landscape plans shows Type II landscaping along the property
line on Rhoton Rd. The Green Zelkova trees located on either side of
the entrance are located within the required 8 foot landscape. Please
replace those with two Kousa Dogwood trees.
Please note that the Right-of-Way dedication deed and the Waiver of
Protest for the deferral of frontage improvements will be required prior
to Civil Plan Approval.
The developer shall provide and record a “protective well covenant”
meeting the standards of the Thurston County Health Department
restricting any contaminant sources within the 100-foot well radius of
the well located on the property to the north of this site.
