Construction Closeout Engineering Acceptance Letter
Dear Mr. Flansburg:
A project walk-thru was conducted on March 15, 2022 and determined that the improvements associated with Application(s) # 2021.0263.SP0004, 2021.0430.CI0015, & 2021.0496.ST0053 and the
following minor items remain unresolved;
Operations - Sewer:
All clear with exception of End of Line Clean- Out located in EVA. EVA construction not complete.
Operations – Streets & Drainage:
Final cleanout of catch basins. Replace silt socks.
Complete Striping.
Install Signage and Street lighting.
City of Yelm Public Services Department – Engineering Division has deemed the project substantially complete and the improvements acceptable. Rather than holding up Final Plat Recording,
surety of the above items will be enforced by Certificate of Occupancy of individual lots and/or Warranty Agreement.
The final phase to the closeout process is the Closing Documents Phase. Attached is a Project Closeout Checklist that identifies the required documents to be submitted for final closeout
of this project.
