Roof area per our measured take off is approximately 191,000 square/feet 2. Removal and disposal of existing JM TPO membrane, with exception of 4” wide strip at in seam fasteners. 3. Remove and dispose (recycle if available) of existing perimeter metal parapet flashing. 4. Removal and disposal of existing membrane parapet wall flashings and all loose membrane at insulated curbs. (Solidly adhered existing membrane at insulated skylight and HVAC curbs may be left intact with new membrane fully adhered to the existing membrane). 5. Remove and replace any wet or damaged 2.8” polyiso insulation subsequent to removal of the membrane. Bid @ unit cost. 6. Provide and install a new 60 mil JM TPO membrane mechanically attached per Walmart Specification and FM 1-60. Note: Sheet width shall be a maximum of 8’. 7. Note: THREE 4’ Half Sheets fastened 12” O.C., field of roof fastened 12” O.C. utilizing JM Hi-Load #15 Fasteners and Hi-Load 2-3/8” Seam Plates. Field sheet enhancement shall be installed perpendicular to decking; installation of “finger” fasteners and stripping at all required perimeters. FOUR 5’ Half Sheets to be installed over dock area. 8. Flash all parapet walls, fully adhered with 80 mil JM TPO. Install intermediate in-seam mechanical fastening at any walls above 5’ high. 9. Provide new counterflashings at roof curbs. 10. Over Receiving Docks only, remove existing gutter, downspouts, gravel stop and accessories and provide new, prefinished materials to match existing. 11. Provide and install new color matched Metal Era ANSI/SPRI ES-One tested parapet wall edge metal flashing. Color selection TBD at time of the pre-construction meeting. 12. Installation of new metal counter flashings at all HVAC curbs per specification. 13. De-scale and wire brush any existing gas lines and roof hatch and brush coat with “safety yellow” Rust-Oleum rust inhibiting paint. 14. Remove existing roof drain assemblies (i.e. strainers and clamping rings). Install new water block and TPO membrane as required. Re-install roof drain assemblies utilizing new fastener hardware. 15. Remove existing scuppers and faceplates. Fabricate and install new TPO clad weldable scuppers and color matched pre- finished faceplates per RA and JM specification. 16. Provide and install 193 new SunOptics SIG 5060 replacement skylight domes and 1 new SunOptics SIG 5060 smoke vent dome per RA. 17. Provide and install new pressure treated wood gas and refrigeration line wood blocking per RA specification. 18. Installation of Johns Manville heat weldable walk pads at serviced sides of HVAC units, completely around Munters unit, and 2 rows at parapet edge/jib crane roof access point. 19. Upon completion, inspection and acceptance issuance of JM Walmart 15 Year Manufacturer’s Warranty.
