Foreman or owner on jobsite throughout entire job.
We hereby submit specifications and estimates for:
Complete tear off of shingles. (1-layer) Haul all old roofing debris to recycling center.
Complete install of new roofing Specs below, 1-inch nails in field ¾” nails at soffits to stand wind speeds of 100mph+. Nail sizes
may vary depending on pitch and/or location.
Limited Lifetime manufactures warranty & 10 yr. workmanship warranty.
Install up to “3” sheets of ½” 4x8 CDX Plywood sheeting due to dry rot if needed.
Install 30lb. “ASTM” Ice & Water Shield in roof valleys of the home for added protection.
Install 15lb. “ASTM” Felt underlayment for moisture protection.
Install new pre-painted metal flashing 26 gauge (step, pan, roof 2 wall, gutter, kick-out, edge).
Install PABCO Double Adhesive starter strips for wind warranty.
Install RVO-38 Metal Roof Vents- Install new pipe boots “Galvanized”-. Install new one-way exhaust flapper vents 4”.
Install PABCO Premier (Algae Defender) Architectural Laminated shingles.
Clean all roofing debris from grounds and use magnet to pick up any foreign metal.
*Please note: If any additional sheeting is needed over and above the above included amount there is an additional charge of
$82.00+tax/per (OSB) sheeting and/ or $87.00+tax/per (CDX) sheeting. *No credit for sheeting not used.
*Please note: If roof has more than 1 layer of roofing material that is discovered at tear off there will be an Additional charge of
$2,880.00 +tax/per layer.
*Option- In Lieu of PABCO Premier – Install Malarkey Highlander (Algae Resistant) Architectural shingles. (Total: $ 13,894.00
+tax)
*Option- Install up to 215 LNFT of new White 5” K-Line continuous aluminum gutters and 70 LNFT of downspouts. (Additional: $
1,881.00 +tax)
We Propose hereby to furnish material and labor – complete in accordance with above specifications, for the sum of (sum below
does not include prices of any noted options listed above)
Payment to be made as follows: Upon Completion Dollars: $12,936.00 +tax
The price above already includes a 3% cash or check discount. Any other forms of payment will be subject to a 3% surcharge. All material is guaranteed to be as
specified. All work to be completed in a workmanlike manner according to standard practices. Any alteration or deviation fr om above specifications involving extra costs will be
executed only upon written orders and will become an extra charge over and above the estimate. All agreements contingent on weather or natural cause. Homeowner is
responsible for any necessary permits unless they request otherwise. All workers are employees of United Roofing Solutions and are fully covered by workman’s compensations
insurance. Acceptance of Proposal – The above prices, specifications and conditions are satisfactory and hereby accepted. You are authorized to do the work as specified. I
hereby acknowledge that debris may fall into my home if any work is done on or around skylights and accept responsib ility for preventative measures and/or post installation
cleanup. Damage to interior drywall can occur around skylights upon removal which typically occurs when the existing skylight s are installed incorrectly. United Roofing
Solutions holds no liability and/or responsibility for any such damage. I hereby acknowledge if any sheeting is replaced, I am solely responsible to move any and all valuables
including vehicles from home, garage, and/or any other roofed structure to include the perimeter of all structures prior to commencement of work. United Roofing Solutions is not
responsible for any potential damage to the structure and/or items in/and or surrounding areas. Please note possible damage c an occur if structure has vinyl siding and United
Roofing Solutions holds no liability or responsibility if this occurs. Payment will be made as outlined above. If the balance due is not paid within 10 days from the invoice date the
customer is subject to a late charge. The late charge is computed at a rate of 3% per month on the total unpaid balance. Notice that a lien may be claimed. RCW 60.40.010 and .020
requires us to give notice that a lien may be claimed for all unpaid labor, unpaid materials, or equipment furnished by United Roofing Solutions, Inc. Note: This proposal may be
withdrawn by us if not accepted within __90__ days.
