CONFLICTS SHALL BE BROUGHT TO THE ARCHITECTS ATTENTION PRIOR TO BID AND THE REQUIRED MODIFICATIONS INCLUDED IN THE BID PRICE. 9. CONCEPTUAL BIDDER DESIGN INFORMATION IS INCLUDED THROUGHOUT THE ARCHITECTURAL DRAWINGS. IT SHALL BE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF EACH CONTRACTOR TO CHECK WITH THE ARCHITECTURAL DRAWINGS BEFORE INSTALLATION OF THEIR WORK. ANY DISCREPANCY BETWEEN THE ARCHITECTURAL DRAWINGS AND ANY CONSULTING ENGINEER(S) OR OTHER SUPPLEMENTARY DRAWINGS SHALL BE BROUGHT TO THE ARCHITECT'S ATTENTION BY WRITTEN NOTIFICATION FOR CLARIFICATION.
