On behalf of South Puget Sound Habitat for Humanity, we submit these proposed
townhomes for your review as part of the City of Yelm’s Stock Plans process.
The townhomes proposed are a two-story two-unit layout which includes a 1.345 SF
3-bed/2-bath (1,198 SF conditioned) residence and a 1,543 SF 4-bed/2-bath (1,345
SF conditioned) residence. It’s my understanding that there will be eight instances of
this townhome (16 residences) when the neighborhood is complete.
Included in this submission:
● Combined architectural and structural plan set.
● Structural calculations.
● 2021 WSEC-R worksheet (same credits apply for each unit).
● 2021 WSEC-R window schedules, one for each unit.
● 2021 WSEC-R heating system sizing worksheet, one for each unit.
