Construction Closeout Engineering Acceptance Letter
Dear Mr. Edminster:
A project walk-thru was conducted on September 30, 2025 and determined that items on previous punchlist email have been satisfactory addressed and the improvements associated with Application
# 2024.0591.CI0012 have been deemed acceptable by City of Yelm Public Services Department – Engineering Division.
The final phase to the closeout process is the Closing Documents Phase.
