Dear Mr. Haug:
The City of Yelm has completed initial review of the Civil Plans, Drainage Report, and Construction Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) submitted with above reference application
dated 07/12/2023. The following are comments from the above referenced documents and need to be addressed on the future submittal. I have organized these comments by general category.
Storm Report: (Ref - 2019 SWMMWW and Development Guidelines Chapter 3)

Streets & Drainage: (Development Guidelines Chapter 2)
The 2005 Stormwater Management Manual for Western Washington is not acceptable for this project. The 2019 edition is currently an approved manual.
Construction SWPPP needs to be revised thoroughly. (Insert Comments)
Frontage Improvements: (Ref - Development Guidelines Chapter 2)
Frontage improvement on NE Plaza Dr SE is required
Landscape / Irrigation Plans: (Ref – Chapter 18.55 Landscaping Requirements)
