THE CONTRACTOR SHALL COMPLY WITH ALL PERTINENT LAWS, CODES, REGULATIONS, CBC, GOVERNING AGENCIES & MANUFACTURER SPECIFICATIONS, UNLESS GREATER REQUIREMENTS ARE INDICATED, AND/OR ARE NECESSARY FOR THE SAFETY OF THE PROJECT. 6. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR NOTIFYING JURISDICTIONS AS REQUIRED FOR INSPECTIONS. 7. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL PROVIDE PSE/POTELCO WITH A CONSTRUCTION SCHEDULE PRIOR TO STARTING THE WORK, A QUALIFIED JOB SUPERINTENDENT THROUGHOUT THE WORK, PHOTOS SHOWING: TRENCHES PRIOR TO BACKFILL, SLOPE OF PRECAST PADS AND RECORD DRAWINGS OF ALL UNDERGROUND CONSTRUCTION. 8. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL PROVIDE BARRICADES AND SAFETY SIGNS PER OSHA/IBC REQUIREMENTS. 9. THE CONTRACTOR IS RESPONSIBLE FOR OVERALL CONSTRUCTION SITE CLEANLINESS, INCLUDING PROVISIONS OF A DEBRIS BOX WITH WEEKLY SERVICING, REMOVAL OF ALL CONTRACTOR/SUBCONTRACTOR REFUSE AND DEBRIS, AND SWEEPING OF THE ENTIRE YARD AREA AT THE COMPLETION OF THE WORK. 10. UNLESS STATED OTHERWISE IN THE SCOPE OF WORK SUMMARY, ALL OTHER PROCEDURES, TESTING, MATERIALS AND EQUIPMENT SHOWN ON THE PLANS SHALL BE FURNISHED AND INSTALLED BY THE CONTRACTOR. 11. DRAWINGS SHOULD NOT BE SCALED. NTS INDICATES "NOT TO SCALE" AND THE LISTED DIMENSION SHALL GOVERN. 12. EACH CONTRACTOR SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR REPAIR OF DAMAGE TO THE WORK OF OTHER TRADES CAUSED BY HIS OPERATIONS. THE NATURE OF SUCH REPAIR WORK MUST RECEIVE THE PRIOR APPROVAL OF THE AUTHORIZED AGENT(S). 13. CONSTRUCTION MATERIAL, ASSEMBLIES AND PROCEDURES SHALL FOLLOW LOCALLY ADOPTED BUILDING CODES AND SUPPLEMENTARY ORDINANCES. WHEN A CONFLICT OCCURS BETWEEN SUCH LOCAL CODE AND INFORMATION SHOWN ON THE PLANS, CONSULT PSE/POTELCO FOR RESOLUTION PRIOR TO COMMENCING WORK. 14. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL NOTIFY PSE/POTELCO IF SITE CONDITIONS OR DIMENSIONS DISAGREE WITH INFORMATION SHOWN ON THE DRAWINGS. WORK IS NOT TO PROCEED UNTIL SUCH DIFFERENCES ARE RESOLVED. 15. USE THE BUILDING PERMIT SET FOR INSPECTION, APPROVALS, CONSTRUCTION AND/OR FIELD REFERENCE, HOWEVER THIS SHALL NOT BE CONSTRUED AS THE SOLE RESOURCE. THE PERMIT SET GENERALLY LACKS CERTAIN DRAWINGS (SUCH AS LOW VOLTAGE, DATA AND COMMUNICATIONS) AND SPECIFICATIONS WHICH ARE INCLUDED IN THE BID AND CONSTRUCTION PROCESS, AS WELL AS ADDITIONS AND/OR REVISIONS MADE THEREAFTER. FOR INSPECTION AND APPROVALS THE CONTRACTOR SHALL PROVIDE THE APPROVED PERMIT SET, WHICH IS CLEARLY SIGNED AND DATED AS SUCH. FURTHER, THE APPROVED PERMIT SET SHALL BE KEPT ON SITE, AND MADE AVAILABLE FOR ALL INSPECTIONS AND FINAL ACCEPTANCE. 16. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL EXAMINE THE SITE AND FAMILIARIZE HIMSELF WITH ALL EXISTING CONDITIONS, AND BE PREPARED T0 PERFORM THE WORK WITHIN THE EXISTING CONDITIONS. 17. THE CONTRACTOR AND EACH SUBCONTRACTOR SHALL INSPECT WORK PREVIOUSLY PREPARED OR INSTALLED BY OTHERS BEFORE APPLYING SUBSEQUENT MATERIALS OR FINISHES. IF UNSATISFACTORY, NOTIFY PSE/POTELCO AND GREENLOTS. DO NOT PROCEED UNTIL THE DEFECTIVE WORK HAS BEEN CORRECTED. 18. NEITHER FINAL ACCEPTANCE, FINAL CERTIFICATION, FINAL PAYMENT NOR ANY PROVISION UNDER THIS CONTRACT SHALL RELIEVE THE CONTRACTOR OF RESPONSIBILITY FOR FAULTY MATERIALS OR WORKMANSHIP, WHICH THE CONTRACTOR HEREBY WARRANTS.
