• Add two walls in master suite to create bathroom
• Add bathroom in master suite
• Replace all bathroom fixtures
• Replace all kitchen cabinetry and fixtures
• Modify water supply lines as needed
• New ventilation fans- 90cfm baths, 110 cfm laundry fan, and duct work
• New duct for kitchen range hood
• New 110v Intercommunicating smoke detector system throughout home
• All new windows like for like
• All new interior finishes
• New layover roof
• All new lights, plugs and switches (separate permits by electrical contractor)
Garage
• Replace sliding patio door with window, work under existing header.
• New windows like for like
• Siding Repairs as needed
